Prescott Christmas Light Parade
Jeff and I went to nearby Prescott, AZ to Christmas shop and watch the Christmas Light Parade. Several years ago, we just happened to be in Prescott the night they held it and found it enchanting. It’s so much more unusual than a regular Christmas parade.
They hold it just after sundown and the route wraps around the Courthouse Square downtown. Floats and vehicles are decked with Christmas lights that make them seem like a fairyland in the dark.
Although the weatherman called for rain and snow all day, it didn’t start until an hour after the parade ended. And then it was light and sporadic, so we had no trouble on the drive home. Everything worked in Divine Time and Divine Order that day. Yay!
