Affirmation:
“The Universe fills my being at all times. It provides me with everything necessary for the complete expression of a life of joy, harmony, health and abundance. I welcome all the good of the Universe.”

Commentary:
The Universe, Infinite or whatever name you use for God is all good. It’s the substance that makes up your life. But it’s like a banquet. You have to reach out, accept, put the food on your plate and eat it. You can’t be force-fed the good of life. When you begin to recognize that you are being provided everything you need, then you’re beginning to accept Life’s bounty.
