Recently, I heard someone suggest that we should take a minute every hour to give thanks for something good in our lives. I think that’s great advice. Studies are showing that gratitude does attract more good into our lives. By doing this practice many time each day, it gets us into the habit of giving thanks. This keeps us more closely aligned with Universal Good, and can help us create a more positive and optimistic mindset. It’s a gift that just keeps on giving.
