		<description>Hello, I&#039;d like to share with you my wonderful experience I have acquired with self hypnosis. All my life I&#039;ve been fat, or to put it properly over weighted. I&#039;ve tried pretty much everything there is: various diets, aerobic classes, fitness center. But I could never stick to the plan. I began to believe that I was a hopeless case. Then I heard about self hypnosis techniques. I believed I had absolutely nothing to lose if I give it a shot. I was incorrect, I lost 20 pounds. Listening to those tapes made me want to exercise and eat fruits and vegetables rather than cakes and cheeseburgers. I was never so decided to make something work. And another fantastic point is that with self hypnosis techniques I have discovered to relax and stay away from those earlier situations when I would have done every little thing for a chocolate bar. Those days are now within the past. I&#039;m happy and relaxed and enjoying each day of my life.</description>
